About Us
Our history dates back to 2009, with the enactment of the Home Valuation Code of Conduct (HVCC). The HVCC encouraged greater transparency and independence in the appraisal process. In April 2009, our parent company, Cornerstone Capital Bank, SSB, established a core appraisal team to serve the appraisal management needs of Cornerstone and affiliated companies.
